Trying to do a Halo 5 speedrun, any advice?

Currently, my best time is on the mission Osiris, with a time of four minutes and a few seconds. I just wanna know how to improve that.

By the way, this a 100% speedrun. So no glitches.

Some say normal is for -Yoink-, but I think it’s perfect. I just hate getting one-shot by a Wraith or a vehicle getting destroyed. Pisses me off.

i know going fast is important. It’s obvious. There’s a reason it’s called a SPEEDrun.
