A friend and I reported this back in October, and just got told to post it here, so here I go.
We were working on LASO for Halo MCC on PC and were doing Halo CE.
We were on Truth and Reconciliation.
We got to the hanger and were trying to get a higher vantage point, I fell down and got stuck behind these boxes. (Image links below)
We tried grenade jumps to get out, crouch jumping, etc, but I was unable to get free from the accursed boxes.
Also, I believe my friend deserves some sort of achievement for soloing up 3 flights of enemies alone over the course of the next hour until he was able to teleport me to him. (I was reading and laughing the whole time)
Edit: Cleaned up the image spacing cause holy cow that was a wall of nightmares.
