Is anyone else having trouble when they fail the screen goes black and cant play or is it just me?
“Fail”: as in the player (Master Chief) dies, or Keyes dies? I got grenadificated once during the mission, before I rescued Keyes, and it restarted me at the checkpoint with no problems.

not sure what you are talking about
when me and the other person im playing with both die, ive found this mainly at the begining of the ship part i can no longer play because my screen turns black and i dont respawn
