Got my first match on Eden today and it was extremely difficult to see blue team at times. The map is far too dark, and has the same problems as truth in that regard. Should (hopefully) be something they can tweak with relative ease.

Ye, BR starts in slayer I think, with 2 new maps (don’t think old ones are playable now).

Disagree, BR starts are better.
I believe they should go the Reach beta route, make default teams Green and Purple… perhaps change Purple with Orange or Aqua.

if you like the whole “lets sit in spawn and cross map” game play then sure.
i prefer AR people move around more
AR > BR. Starts wise. The gameplay is waayyyyy more diverse when its AR starts.

People were saying that about Truth and Empire too. Blue is a dark blue. Maybe lighten it up and itd be fine.
I love me some BR action. But the AR starts see so much more combat variety. I’ll give them that, but ARs are easily the most annoying weapon to get killed with. So yeah.
I agree, it is quite difficult to quickly distinguish someone on the blue team on Eden.
In my opinion in Eden, not only is blue team hard to see, but their spawn is so much better in BR starts. Sure, red gets the sniper, but high ground beats low ground and there a enough spots where sniper can get bursted down.
I find it easy to see Blue Team players on both maps.
Josh Holmes stated on Twitter that the lighting is not completed and it will be adjusted, so there shouldn’t be any problems with seeing blue team at launch.
You know what’d be awesome? Colorblind Team Colors as an option. So on your end it’d render them as Orange/Green or… somesuch.

why not leaving everyone with the color of their costumized Spartan like every other game does? in other games a blue name on top of someones head is enough for people to recognize a teammate. in halo we have the service tags on top of our teammates heads anyway and we have costumization but nope, red v blue
i agree that Eden has an issue with blue visibility, i haven’t really noticed Truth being as bad.
