Once the H5 beta is over, the HMCC will start to work. They just need to hit there number/ quotas to keep geting money and investors interested/ promotion.
If the HMCC actually worked fine, who would waste there time on H5. Maybe most would play for a couple of hours. Most players who played the H5 beta so far averaged only 3 hrs of game play before going back to another game.
They use the H5 beta to see where they are at money wise. X amount of testers equals X amount of money On release.
After finding the value of X determined how much more money they should spend or not spend to make the biggest prophet. Simple business stratergy.
the illusion of a beta is fans thinking they are actully helping them find problems with the game.
there are plenty of big name titles that come out every year that dont use betas or anything like it.
They have the very best people working on the game, trust me they don’t need you to find problems or if the servers can handle it. Think about it, it would be like you telling your auto mechanic something he doesn’t know already.
Here take your car for a ride around the block and see if I fixed it properly. Oh and good luck don’t crash.

Serious question here. You don’t seem to have any service record for any halo game. So, is this an alternate account? If so, is it because you’ve been band on another account?
By looking at some of your previous post I’m going with the “baned” theory. Reported for alternate account.

This is your catch phrase, isn’t it?
Also your theory is unfounded and absurd. They’re releasing the beta so they don’t have another Halo 4 situation. I liked Halo 4, but most people obviously didn’t.
Disagree? Then just say “sorry people, nothing to see here. Move along. Reported for disagreeing with me”.

If MCC was released in a playable state from launch, most players would be playing that throughout 2015. During that time, we’ll have enjoyed ourselves so much playing games that will forever be halo’s peak that when we see glimpses of how garbage Halo 5 is, we won’t bother pre-ordering and becoming their alpha build game testers just in time for the 2016 holidays. The beta will be the only thing in MCC with actual dedicated servers and working skill rank. Most players will flock to it and remember it in a more positive way after the disaster of MCC. The Halo 5 beta is a marketing tool, it’s obvious that they already made their decisions as to where they are taking Halo.
Open betas are in a sense a “demo”…but developer can use betas to also fix “out of nowhere” server problems, see where most people go, where people die, etc etc etc…you know…to collect much needed data to improve the multiplayer overall
Last time I check…I gotta come to the forums to find a fix from random people before the dam developers do.
I feel HMCC will always have problems and never will be running at 100%. This was are last chance for H1-2-3 online and has been ruined. They will not remake a remake. So we are forever stuck with a game at most 70%. But H5 will be miraculously 100% day one.
