Don’t get me wrong, I like competitive gameplay, but I also like to play casually on occasion. This isn’t a possibility because of the matchmaking system.
I’m guessing you think it’s strict. Well there are those that will disagree with you and will tell you it’s as loose as a street worker. But any way, yeah a social/ranked separation would be good. Lets see what happens when 343i releases CSR.
nothing about this game is competitive at the moment. The true skill running in the background is like the system in Reachs, so loose it might as well not be there.
My friends that play this game are not very good and they never have fun when they play with me because the trueskill system matches us against people that match my skill, not theirs, and they end up 1 for 19!
One way to get around this problem was to let them search for a game without me and then I join player once they let me know the player roster is almost full. Cue 40 kills for 8
