It is like QB ratings, no one knows how they figure it out, even the so called experts that try to explain it can not explain it. Really, is their anyone out there that knows how they come up with “True Skills” ratings

But, I digress, I do agree about the true skill rating, If there was a visible formula, then we could figure it out. But, clearly not.
