How will true skill ranks be implemented towards the effect if joining mid game? All my games so far in FFA and Flood for example I have joined mid game and lost, because I couldn’t catch up. That is a loss and joining a late game in a team based playlist is damaging to K-D-A, so how will this issue be resolved by the new skill ranking system?

Im someone who doesnt give a toss about joining mid game or whatever, but it would be interesting to know what data their true skill algorithm uses.
Perhaps it goes by kills and deaths based on the skill level of the people you killed and died to and ignores win/loose altogether?
