Okay, so, as most of you know already, we’re getting more colors in the February update (and possibly magnum reqs-- HYPE). Now my question is, will the armors that distort colors be changed to show the actual color you’ve picked? If you don’t know what I’m talking about then put on the Mk. VI. (Gen. 1) armor on and watch your secondary color magically change to something darker. Same thig goes with the Noble Armor. Just curious, it’s always bothered me.
Probably not. Minute details and subtle niceties like that are things 343 doesn’t notice or prioritize at all.
It’s the same with black undersuits. Not even trying to sound harsh, it’s just something I’ve gathered from them.

They even acknowledged on Twitter over a year ago that people wanted black undersuits and it hasn’t happened.
I hope so. That would allow me to wear recon helm with mk VI body
They’re obviously retooling the way the game handles colors while doing this, so I’d put that at a roughly 50/50.
Even so, the differences even if they don’t fix that quirk will be less severe; the ones I noticed it most on were stuff like ‘Violet’ and ‘Crimson’ which showed up as Fuchsia and Tangerine on most armor, and they only looked weird on those few armors because they actually showed up as Violet and Crimson on the secondary.
If the colors work properly, it might even actually fix itself, who knows?
Why do we even need more colors again? I dont remember this every being a big enough problem to make an update to change it…
I’m just glad i’ll be getting my true violet color back instead of a magenta.
I only work with Black, and sometimes, a very, very dark grey.
Sorry, couldn’t resist. But yeah, It’d be great to have more color options, going for more shades of the color we like.

Agreed with this.
Unsure, but I am curious to know.
