Trouble with Waypoint

So I have recently had some problems with waypoint. Some days when I go to get on waypoint, I try to log in and it tells me that an error has occured please try again. It will do this NO MATTER WHAT for the rest of the day.

This has happened twice this week

I just want to know what is going on and if there is a way to fix it

Edit: Thought it might be helpful to add things I have tried: A) first thing I did was restart internet explorer. Then I re-booted my computer; then I reset my modem; I tried compatability viewing my web page. I tried logging into x-box live then logging out (honestly don’t know why I did that). then I gave up.

It will occasionally kick me out when I return for another session after haven’t clicked the “Sign Out” button before leaving the previous one. I can always log back in, though.

My recommendation would be to click the “Sign Out” button before leaving to avoid login issues in the future!
