So I bought and downloaded the warzine req pack. It says that it contains 14 packs to open, but I only received two? Anybody know why or who I am supposed ot talk to?

You should probably search for topics like this before posting. You get two per week for seven weeks.
It’s 14 packs in total, but they are delivered over 7 weeks - so that’s 2 packs REQ packs each week. On Tuesday, you should be able to access your third and fourth REQ pack.
