Trouble with purchase of warzone mythic rec packs

Hey guys, I cannot acces any purchases of the warzone mythic rec packs with rec points. An error message pops up. I took a video and posted it to my Twitter @eglockya

Hi eglOckya! After looking into your account, I can see that you received 20,000RP in place of your certification since you already have all certifications. The additional 10 items from your Mythic Warzone REQ Pack are listed below:

  • SPNKr Prime - Nornfang - Whispered Truth - Tartarus’ Gavel - Halo: Combat Evolved Pistol - Whispered Truth - Whispered Truth - Whispered Truth - Oathsworn - SPNKr PrimeOn rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
