I have the galaxy s4 active and I can’t access most of the videos on the halo channel specifically the halo terminals. I saw the message about the " use smooth streaming" button in settings. When I de-selected the button the app tells me that the content is only available from the app. Since I am already in the app I am not sure why I can’t view the video. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
