I accidentally redeemed my son’s Halo 5 bonus REQ pack while signed into the Xbox One under my account instead of his so now my son can’t access the bonus content. It came with the Halo 5 controller that I ordered.
I do not play Halo. I have no need for it. My son is the only one who plays it.
I contacted Microsoft/Xbox and they told me they couldn’t do anything on their end and to contact you. Is there any way to take it off my account and transfer it to his or issue him a new code? Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
