I bought Spartan Ops for my tablet yesterday, and upon booting the game for the first time and entering my email and password, I’ve gotten an error message that states that I need to sign in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the game. I tried the whole resetting/deleting re-installing deal that the error message says, but to no avail. Any way to fix this? Can’t save any progress unless I sign in. Sorry if there’s another thread on this already, I couldn’t find.
If you’re unable to sign into your account, you’ll want to reach out to Xbox Support as it may be an issue with the account itself.
I’m going to try but I have to doubt that will yield any results. I’m signed in to the account in both my windows store and windows games apps, I have no problem signing in on my 360 or Xbox One, and I have no issues signing in for any other games or services. I’ve never had any issues with my Microsoft account.
after checking a bit more, it’s not so much a problem with Xbox/msft account, so much as it’s a problem with Windows 8 itself. XB service has been not so much help so far. No one here can solve this?
