I purchased a gold req pack with real money, but I did not get anything and the balance in my account dropped. I was brought to the gold pack processing screen, and nothing came up. Anyway to fix this or possibly get that req pack back?

I had a Code for an Advanced Promotional Req Pack, when I put it in, it showed up as installed. When I went into Halo 5, it wasn’t in the My Req Packs section.

It’s possible that you have already redeemed this type of pack before, there are one or 2 promotional packs that can only be redeemed once I believe. If this is the first one you redeemed then I wouldn’t worry OP, you won’t have lost any items.
