Trouble Re-downloading DLC

So, the other day I had to go over my hard drive and remove a few items to free up some space to install a new game. I had to delete a few map packs, for multiple games, and other things. I bought a new hard drive today. Now, for other games, like Halo REACH, Oblivion etc I have been able to re-download the dlc I deleted free of charge. However, with Halo 4 it wants me to PAY for the dlc again. Now I pre-orderd Halo 4 when it was released and I had the war games season pass which gave me the Castle, Majestic and Crimson map packs. Considering that I’ve already paid for these map packs I shouldn’t have to pay for them again right? I didn’t have to pay for any of my Halo REACH map packs again, or any other dlc. So, why do I have to pay for Halo 4 dlc? Can someone please help me here?

TL;DR: I deleted some map packs for Halo 4, and now it’s asking me to pay for them again. How can I just download them free of charge again like all dlc I have previously purchased?

If you go to Account Management - Download History on the xbox dashboard it should let you download them again free of charge.

Ah brilliant. I was looking through the market place. My mistake. Thanks a lot, that solved my problem

Yo have to download the War Games map pass from your download history. If you try downloading each map pack separately it will charge you as they are a separate purchase from the map pass.
Once you download the pass again, load up the game and you should be presented with the option to download the maps again.
