Never had a problem like this, everytime I try launching mcc it says person who bought this needs to sign in which is me and I’m signed in. I get mcc of the game pass and it doesn’t renew till the start of next month. So I uninstalled and went to install again and it kept saying currently unavailable for mcc on the marketplace but this has now fixed but whenever I click download it takes me to the page where you select what to download but there is just a loading circle that keeps going round and round and nothing happens can anyone help me want to get back playing ASAP.
Have you tried giving your console a hard reset? This fixes most issues.

This has been over the span of a couple of days where my Xbox is shut off hours at a time whilst I’m out and when I come back in and the problem is still the same I’ve hard reset it multiple times and still no luck. Thank you for the suggestion though.

Can you try to restart your modem/router. If that does not resolve try to sign out of your Xbox account and then sign back in. If you’re still having issues ensure that the Xbox is set as “Home” for your account. You may need to re-initiate the download from scratch after these steps.

We have two internet’s in the building I live in and I’ve tried resetting the router on one which I have access to, and I’ve connected to other internet to try it on there and both had the same result. Also I’ve tried singing in and out of my account multiple times still no luck. And about 30 minutes before I wrote this post I made my Xbox my home Xbox and to no surprise nothing changed haha so I’m really stuck don’t know what to do.
