I am able to see the tab for the beta but it is blacked out and I can not click on it.
Same problem for my brother. And there seems no way to fix the problem
I don’t know if you were able to figure it out, but Xbox support helped me out. They had me perform a “hard” shutdown of the Xbox One, and then unplug all of the wires. Wait 1 minute, and then plug everything back in and start the game up and it should work. Did for me!
