Ive noticed on halo massive problems the last couple of months with these 3 topics as ive listed above. Has 343 thought of making groups to report directly too or hiring more people to monitor? this is definetly becoming an issue especially when you have smaller children playing or even listening.
I’m going to assume you mean in game. There are already ways for you to report negative behavior and breaches of TOS by going to the player’s profile and using the report feature. That notifies xbox live enforcement so they can review and take action where warranted. You can also mute/block people who use communications in ways you don’t like.
Basically report and move on.
