Hello everyone!
I’ve been catching up with all the new details, and its got me thinking about the reclaimer trilogy/saga’s overall plot. The Composer to me, seems like a device that is going to keep cropping up in some way, sort of like the Halo rings in the first trilogy. The whole point in the Composer, is that it ( for lack of a better word) digitizes life, as seen near the end of Halo 4.
Now, we all know Cortana’s fate. She is gone. However she was the only AI ever to be made/cloned from a human brain ( Halsey). Similar to Cortana, The Didact seemed to meet a simiialr fate, by falling into the Composer’s beam, which would ultimately digitize him/prepare him to return as a Promethean ( orange, skeleton in forerunner armour). If this is the case, then I believe that The Didact would want to return to his normal “living” self. So his mission is to locate a new Composer or Anti-Composer to try and reverse the process, and become forerunner yet again.
Chief will learn of this, and race/battle the Didact to the device that can do this, in someway of hopefully bringing back Cortana in human form ( would essentially be like a young Halsey).
