My friend and my brother both recently got refunds. My brother did it over the phone, my friend over chat.
I just tried to get a refund and the rep told me that they can’t. I told him my friend did and he said that the person that gave out a refund is currently being “investigated.”
Apparently it’s a big no-no for a MS rep to give out a refund.
