We, of course, are the Trident Snipers. We strive to be a group of committed, but relaxed, players. Every week we have a clan meeting and clan training that we expect our members to go to. We work together and listen to our higher-ups. Advice and tips from anyone is always welcome. This improves our clan and its members.
As a growing clan, we do not have tough expectations for our new members(Other than the will to improve and to come to events). That is why we have grown so fast. Almost every time we recruit for more members, we get people. That is because those who are not particularly good at the game wish to improve and be part of something. Of course, not all of us need large improvements, but practicing with each other does wonders for us in real games. Strategies are formed, bonds are made, and we start to win even more.
New members are important to us. We want new people. New voices. New styles. And new teams. We understand that all of us will work better with different members. That is why we have divisions. Divisions are created by not a leader, but by the members themselves. Leaders don’t always know who you like more, or who you work with best, they can’t keep track of everyone. You decide, all you need to do is show commitment to from three to seven others to be part of a division. The members pick a division leader. The clan leaders won’t.
