In hunt the truth episode 3 of season 2 the triad plays an important role. They seem to be a big influence on humanity, especially on the millions of people in the outer colonies. They say they can explain the “guardians”, what if they actually can? They point to them as indicating transcendence, will they start worshiping the forerunners like some covenant already do? What can that mean to the halo universe, some of humanity joining the enemy’s side? This is just pure speculation but what do you guys think?
Honestly I have a feeling the triad will become something like the covenant
So it seems scientology has lasted into the future and has stayed just as cookoo. On a note that won’t get me banned, I don’t see a bunch of crazy humans being a major threat. A single Spartan team can kill all of them. Hell, a drunken Grunt could end them.
The Triad is this season’s Sapien Sunrise, so they are likely just background lore to expand the ever expanding Halo universe.

sorry, but you make me laugh. in a good way.
nah, unless what he was going on about with his ‘genetic imperative’ means he is aware of a geas imprint (-Yoink!- it librarian strikes again) and/or he is able to access the domain on a limited basis and is misinterpreting it as something else then i’d say he’s probably just another crazy cult leader praying on peoples weaknesses like so many do in the real world today and we can send kilo5 to go deal with them in an afternoon
