They gave me my other set of premium req packs, months down the line so it could just take time…(thanks for getting them to me 343)

There’s a thread in the support section where 343 said they are investigating. That was about a week ago, with no follow up yet.

It’s an emblem, looks cool. You get it by finishing the punch/melee commendation (called smash)
which is pretty much everyone who’s ever played a Halo game…I could give the controller to a dog and I’m pretty sure, albeit eventually that the melee kills would get done.
oh if you haven’t done that commendation, it’s apparently working now…but like 98% of players right now, have no way of getting the triad emblem.
