Okay, here’s one (really two) for you Spartans.
-
Why do people betray their teammates?
-
Why do players follow their teammates around for absolutely no reason and try to spartan charge or whatever them?
For question 1, I specifically refer to Arena. Like if you’re just going about your Arena-playing business and for whatever reason, that person shoots you so that you die or blows you up with a grenade. I kind of understand it if you had a power weapon or something and they wanted it, but apart from that, why do it?
For question 2, this seems to happen more in Warzone for some reason? Like you’re just playing your game and someone runs into you or follows you around specifically to run into you, tries to shoot you, etc. why? Why do that?
cause people like to troll and annoy people there really is no good answer
Cause its fun. If your team is being demolished 22-42, betraying makes the match fun for whatever time left. Trust me, it works.

I find it INCREDIBLY annoying. And I never use my mic so it’s not me speaking or anything and I don’t really do it with the power weapons; they’re just being c***s for all I can tell.

Could not have said this any better myself. These are all valid reasons. Well except for G; I think that was an intended joke.

You asked what they were probably thinking, I gave you an example. Don’t take things so personally. We’ve all been betrayed a time or two, a lot of us have done some betraying as well. Bottom-line some people want to have fun, even if it’s at the expense of everyone else.

Don’t misunderstand! I find your answer amusing and incredibly accurate. It’s just annoying to me. If I’ve done it (which I have) it’s been by pure accident and I’m like “nOOOOOOO COME BACK!!!” Read: this usually happens with grenades more than anything else.
In WZ, the kids monkey around while waiting for the timer to complete the base capture. It used to annoy me, but it doesn’t anymore. Outside of that, they are being dumb.
In warzone when your teammates/Enemy kill you for the PW, they should make it impossible. Once you die the weapon should disappear.
May help limit the reasons for betrayals in gaming…

Isn’t there a ban for so many betrayals? Maybe I’m making that up
I troll people in warzone if they do bad things to me. Like this guy stole my assassination on purpose he just kept shorting my guy til he died right before I completed the assassination so I followed him the whole and game when he died I would -Yoink!- him and when he got a tank I would just stand on it and -Yoink!- him and I kept getting him to splatter me so I booted him right before the game ended. I don’t like when people steal my assassinations. And we were losing so it made the game more fun.
