Just a brief summary to put my idea out there before I forget it:
Walk along a corridor in classic mode and climb along a small ledge. Hitting ‘Back’ whilst standing on the ledge to transition to Modern Mode would cause the ledge to no longer exist due to it not being necessarily needed in the game.
Turn that ledge into something cool.
Starting in Modern Mode, you see a beacon of sorts, or a door in the far off distance.
Switching to Classic Mode with the ‘Back’ button will cause the ledge to appear but for the beacon/door to disappear.
Make your way along the ledge to make it to the destination.
Make the jump whilst hitting back to land in to the secret location only available in Modern Mode whilst the ledge behind you disappears.
This kinda reminds me of the Lens of Truth being used in the Shadow Temple in Ocarina of Time, except that what you don’t see is really not there until you see it.

Thats actually an amazing idea. When I first heard about the whole graphics switching mechanism I had a hunch that they would do something fun with it (ok so less of a hunch more of just hope). Can’t wait to see more about the game!
