Did my SMG just turn into a Suppressor?

Wtf. Ok that was weird.
No, the guy behind you grabbed the suppressor seen earlier in the clip and when you went to pick up the SMG the guy with the Suppressor was also going to grab it and they managed to get it before you. So, becuase of weird latency issues. You got that other person’s Suppressor.
My guess is that the player who picked up the Suppressor managed to switch it out for the SMG just moments before you were going to pick it up, causing you to pick up the Suppressor that he dropped.
Sounds legit, but not nearly as cool

Your gun wasn’t sure what it wnted to be when it grew up. It eventually settled on being a Suppresor after trying to be an SMG.
It could just be lag that you took the suppressor but it didn’t load in.
