Transfer OG Ranks from Bungie.net to Waypoint?

Why doesn’t the Waypoint Service record include more detailed Ranked stats for the OG Halo games? Obviously, some data is retrieved from the old servers - why not all of it? This seems like such a big oversight during the Bungie to 343i transition…

Below is a summary of the current Ranked data pulled from the old servers and a Wishlist of still active Ranked data that is completely feasible to still pull before it dies completely.

Halo 2:

  • Current Waypoint Ranked Data: None. Waypoint only shows a Stats Summary whereas there is a treasure trove of OG Halo 2 Ranked data still on Bungie.net - Ranked Wishlist: List of the highest Ranks achieved across each Ranked playlist. Who remembers constantly refreshing their browser to see how close they were to their next rank?! For example, (see - Bungie.net)Halo 3:

  • Current Waypoint Ranked Data: Only shows Highest Skill Achieved. - Ranked Wishlist: List of the highest Ranks achieved across each Ranked playlist. This isn’t viewable on Bungie.net but can still be seen in-game on OG Halo 3.Halo Reach:

  • Current Waypoint Data: None. Waypoint only shows the Commendation rank but not Arena Ranks. - Ranked Wishlist: List of the highest Ranks achieved across each Arena Season’s playlist. This isn’t viewable on Bungie.net but can still be seen in-game on OG Halo Reach. In summary, we all spent countless hours battling our way up competitive playlists. Can we at least have a digital shrine commemorating that digital blood, sweat and tears?

I completely agree. I wish 343 would pull the ‘highest ranks’ achieved in Halo 2!
