Trait & Armour loadouts & Custom loadout names

This is assuming loadouts will return in some form…creating custom names? Cops & robbers:
Cops: The fuzz, Heat
Robbers: Gunman, Bob (lol)

Or invasion P1:
Elite: Sangheili Warrior, Ultra
Spartan: Technician, Destroyer

And trait/armour:

Elite Ultra Loadout:
Traits:
125% damage resistance
Hacking: No
150% Melee
Etc.
Armour
Ultra

Spartan Technician loadout:
Traits:
100% damage resistance
Hacking: Yes
75% Melee
Etc.
Armour:
Helmet: Gungnir
Left Shoulder: Custom
Right Shoulder: Custom
Chest: Custom
Wrist: Tactical/Tacpad
Etc.

This is based upon reach layout. Share your thoughts.

I really do not want loadouts to return. Everyone should start out on the same level. Everyone starts with the same weapon, and sprint.

This. Weapons and equipment/AAs need to be picked up on the map.
