Gears of War has trained me to enjoy a good pop. I know it’s not in the spirit of Halo, but the head exploding in Gears is the most satisfying type of kill in any online MP.

True true, the gore is fun… But still a proper BR 1o1 with that final perfect pop can’t beat it in my books

For the pop to count that head needs to pop. Gears is way more satisfying than Halo in that aspect. If we could pop heads in Halo different story. But as stated Gears has trained me to appreciate a good head pop with matching visuals.
