When I try to play the Training Mode in academy it keeps the UNSC logo and does not load, is there any way to solve this?
Same! I’m in Brazil and I have an Xbox One S.
Training mode crashed my gane and won’t let me reopen the game. So count yourself lucky.
I’d say try validating the files if on steam?
When I try to get into matchmaking just the UNSC logo just keeps doing it animation.
If you try to enter matchmaking, keep in mind that it can only be done in the marked periods of time.
If you cannot access the training mode, create a ticket in Waypoint to help 343 correct the error.

im playing on xbox, will try to reinstall the game
Im from Brazil too and i have The same problem 
Maybe because our console are Xbox ONE, If this is The explanation for The issue i Will be a little Sad about it.
I found a fix, for some reason if you are playing the game in portuguese (and probably in languages that aren’t english), training mode just simply never loads in. So if you set the language of your Xbox/Win to english, it will load with no issues.
