Trainers needed

Hello anyone reading this. I need someone with clan experience and maps to come train my clan. We got our rears whipped because I was the only one with training. So if anyone can help and has the maps to do so, please contact me.

It really depends on how you were training them. For one thing I can offer some advice on how to train people. That being you have to have good knowledge of all the maps you play on.

Go through the basics with people such as the following.

  • Watching your radar- I’m sure you know this one already but as for finding camo people you need to look where the cluster is centralised to find the person. - Weapon timing- most power weapons tend to be 3 minutes after pickup. So make sure you call out a timestamp so you can co-ordinate a power weapon rush. Same can be said for vehicles, except they are 3 minutes after the vehicle got destroyed. - Positioning- This one is a big one. Where your team is placed on the map is important. Don’t be clustered together but stay in range of eachother so you can help eachother out. - Spawn systems- Some maps have dynamic spawns while others have fixed spawns. A map like Asylum is the best one to learn where enemies go once they are killed. - Mid range game- This one is important especially for btb and team slayer. You need to practise your strafing and mastering bloom. TU playlists have reduced bloom. Train on maps like mlg sanc v7 for this or any other map with plenty of cover. If you want a strafing practise map; get an octagon map. - Sniping- Positions are important to know not only for your sniper, but where to find the enemy snipers even if they are camo’d. No-scope practise on an octagon or sanc can’t hurt either. - Pre-nading- Can’t stress this one enough. Predict where your enemy is going to be and lob a grenade accordingly. This is easily done by getting an enemy to chase you. - Reading the Enemy- This one takes a bit of practise and doesn’t come instantly. Like I said in the pre-nading point you can manipulate the enemy in doing what you want them to do. For example- you’re holding a power weapon and the enemy want it. You can use this to your advantage by calling to your teammates to help you out because you would be their target. - Bait ‘n’ switch- Provoking an enemy into firing at you or your team mate and going around a door with another team mate in position to shoot whoever comes through it. With a bit of practise, this one should be easy to pull off. - Knowing the concept of Cover- A key aspect of cover is not to over extend yourself. Always look for your exit and stay near cover to make an enemy miss their shots when in a mid range fight. Nip in and out but don’t be predictable. Mess with their head a little. Be irregular in your rhythm to throw them off. - Warthog driving or any vehicle. Go to halowheelmen.com to find out good tips on any vehicle. Knowledge is power. That’s a general overview of what I can offer in terms of immediate advice on here. I looked at your hr service record and you yourself could use help, no offense.

Keep practising and don’t give up.

Just had a look back at this. Glad to know that things are going well for you. If you are interested, check out the tournament thread I’ve recently put up.

Give me one hour with them and they will be THE Ultimate Killing machine!
