If you start off with a loadout that doesn’t include requisition, get your drop, and switch to a loadout that does; you CAN change your drop. Needs more timing for Binary Rifle.

He’s stating something that I figured out also, if you get a drop with one loadout that doesn’t have req. you can switch loadouts die and then re-roll it to get new weapons even though you didn’t have req. when you recieved the drop.
