Not to mention that Mega Bloks has recently been branding a certain line as ‘ONI REAP X’ consisting of the ‘Siege Bike’,‘Air Assault VTOL’, and now recently in the pics can be seen the ‘UNSC Quad Walker’…only one can suspect whether these are ‘in game’ vehicles or not! Mentioning as they are ONI vehicles, I doubt that they may truly be part of the game.
Obviously the Boltshot will return. Its is a forerunner weapon! Clearly forerunners are still a major part of the game, and 343i are not just going to scrap the Boltshot because people didn’t like it. They’ll either give it a nerf or heavily limit its position in MM

Well it is called the ‘Forerunner(Reclaimer) Saga’ for a reason. If anything, I hope that they just fix it beforehand!

On topic though I think most of those figures look pretty awesome and I think its a neat little hint that they did with the halo 2 chief and MAYBE the hint thrown in on the HX1 chief.

343 know exactly what they’re making people think when they post that pic, especially since it’s been floating around for a few days now with people not knowing if it’s a fake piece of card put on the Evolutions pack H2 chief or not.
…now they post that EXACT same picture, confirming it is infact real.
When you think about it logically (in my view), the only game that this supposed content is likely to be for, is whatever game is launching this Autumn (H4 is too late in its life cycle, and it makes more sense to tie it with an actual Halo game rather than Spartan Assault), given the fact these figures are launching “later this year and beyond”. If it WAS a sequel to H4, then surely they’d put that piece of card next to the poncho Chief rather than the H2 Chief??

LOL, I forgot to mention the anniversary part… 10 yrs from release…maybe it could have a beta key for Halo 5…like ODST and Reach…
WIth the Halo 2 Master Chief figure saying that it will include downloadable content, my gues is that it will come with the BR Blast skin and the Cloaked Chief figure will come with the DMR Concrete skin.

They’re making me think that it’s Halo 2’s Anniversary this year and they’re releasing a figure to celebrate. It’s just an old figure with new paint and a new package, if this was for H2A they’d base it off of Chief’s appearance in that game, which this obviously isn’t. Just like how Mark V didn’t look exactly the same in HCEA, Mark VI won’t look exactly the same if they make a H2A.
This figure isn’t the only one with downloadable content. The Xbox One Chief and Deluxe Promethean Knight come with some as well. They did have that card next to Xbox One Chief (and the Deluxe Knight), it just wasn’t visible in 343i’s photo.
If this is a heavy nod that they’re releasing H2A this year, that Xbox One Chief is an even heavier nod that they’re releasing Halo Xbox One this year. A Halo 2 version of Chief can easily be explained with this year being Halo 2’s anniversary (they did a lot more in terms of figures for CE’s anniversary, not crazy to think that they’ll make a single figure for Halo 2’s), the Xbox One Chief can’t be so easily explained.
