I started a spartan company recently and cannot add a bio. Every time I click on “save” it says there was an error and tells me to try again later. Is this a common issue? If so, is it being worked on?
Seems to be intermittent, few others have noted the issue so far not sure what the problem is. Could try another browser or clear you cache see if it’s maybe a local issue? Other than that, just waiting to see if sorts itself out or the Waypoint team can fix what ever is wrong
Thank you! I will try those solutions. I have only used Chrome so far, so the browser may be the issue.
I tried it out on a different browser (Safari) and I am still receiving an error message.
Turns out it was because there was a curse word in the bio. While I understand that this prevented me from posting the bio, I would have liked to receive a message telling me why I couldn’t post it. I spent way too much time trying to figure this out when all I needed to do was remove a word.
