touching the ring - out of PoA in minutes

This has always been my favorite glitch/trick of all. The original method took hours in co-op, this video is in single player…this is dedication:

Haha loved that glitch, nice video.

Sure, if by “hours” you mean “maybe 30 seconds or so.”

Also, Mator’s video hardly took “minutes” to make; a long time was spent working out the path, and the video itself is segmented and took much longer than it looks.

The Cortana pedestal bump (unfortunately not possible in CEA due to some weird differences in collision physics) is still by far the easiest and fastest way to get out… but Mator’s SP method is probably the most impressive.

I said exactly what I meant and what the reality of the situation is.

The topic says “in minutes” and I posted the quick version first.

I then posted Mator’s video after saying that the original method took hours. I said these things and posted the videos in such an order to communicate exactly what you are saying. Sorry about your misinterpretation

I think I’m confused because you seem to be implying that the easy method is relatively new. I suppose it is probably true that rafter walking was the original method; Frogblast certainly used it back in March of 2002 when he made his early Halo ring touching stuff. But the pedestal bump is pretty froodlenutzskying old as well; I made a tutorial for it in 2010, and it was around well before that. It was documented at least by November 2005 on HIH.

I see what you were getting at now though, thanks.
