what?
With sizes now mattering in a game like Halo… Seeing as the great MC is only 7 feet tall and everything else is either same height or larger in terms on Alien size…<—(fact)
Will we be seeing monstrous sized brutes? <—(Question)
These great towering 12 foot tall berserkers that turn anything in it’s way into a ragged doll.<—(Fact)
Or are we keeping it to the same size all the time? <—(Question based off of Halo 3)
Guess that’s were people thought that playable brutes came from <—(Speculation)
But back to the topic seeing as Halo 5 is new and all do you think we will get to see something like the brutes, make a return fully updated and ready to rumble?<—(Question almost trying to sell the idea)
Well what do you think? <—(Question for reflection)
Are our heavyweight brutes ready to renter the ring one more time and claim the title? Shall we get the chance to once again take them all 15 rounds?<—(Selling the idea and showing a bit of love)
Or is that beating the dead horse? Or in this case the badly beaten brutes? <—(Question again selling the idea)
I had to edit it so it can be better understood.
I’m not entirely sure what you mean… Are you asking if they should be playable, or that they should be taller when and if they return?
Is it both?

For the first, I think they should. I mean why let Spartans and Elites get all the spotlight. Brutes need some love too! For the latter, I would love it if they acted and were portrayed the way they are in the books, and other EU stuff, in the Campaign.

no I asked if they were keeping the brutes as these tiny one from H3 <—(that was the question)… they were as tall as MC <—(that is a fact)… that’s were people thought up the idea to play as the brutes… <—(that is speculation)
Brutes caniocally are I belive 9 feet hunters when there not crouched are 12. Brutes didn’t change size from halo 2-3 they only changed appearance. They got the same treatment as the elites as they replaced them so that’s why you see them shaved and with power armor they are a higher class and the back bone of the covenant. There are very small populations of them now though so it will be a long shot to see them in the near future but it is possible. We have the interduction of Lydus so we may have brute friendlies but as you see in spartan assult/strike there are brutes with the storm faction. I think this may just be to flesh out the game but may we see some hired help from brutes on the future. Possibly
By this point, Im truly sick of Brutes. Taking them out of Halo 4 was one of the best decisions 343i ever made. Both Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST mostly revolved around fighting a Covenant that had no Elites, therefore we saw a lot of Brutes. I would hate it if they returned. I also never understood the reasoning behind brutes. Bungie thought of so many creative species in the first Halo game, such as elite alien forces, small yet adrupt suicidal grunts, massive hunters consisting of hundreds of worms that had united together, a futuristic zombie-like parasite, and then…in Halo 2…they added talking apes. Of all spectacular alien species…they added apes. It’s basically like they brought Planet of the Apes into Halo. Halo is supposed to be in the future, yet we’re fighting talking versions of humanity’s primitive selves. I just didn’t like it.

Brutes are not apes. They are “pseudo- ursine” in nature, meaning that they resemble bears more than anything. Their primitive behavior is what drives them act, should I say… brutish.
I would not mine seeing them return in a small way but don’t think they should be playable.
I’d love them back in campaing and firefight (?), and they must be very hairy like Halo 2 A
