As in title… frequently the matches I play the top scorers are the ones jittering across the screen at all times with constant desync and melees occurring several feet away.
Anyone else experiencing this? I had stopped playing the game for a few weeks and it seems the gameplay has further deteriorated
You know. you’re not wrong. A few of my friends have terrible internet and they’re quite good. I’ve spectated them in custom games. Not sure if it’s the server or part of the theatre being broken but it looked like they played as bad as I do. And they’re always complaining about the melee and lack of collision.
Isn’t desync happening your side, not theirs? So you’re lagging, not them? I think that’s how it works as I’ve got high speed internet and never personally experience desync and rarely lag.
Usually do pretty well although I like to believe I am intact a good player and it isn’t just my internet carrying me.
The answer to these threads isn’t “it’s your fault and only yours” if there’s thousands claiming this exact issue.
It’s for sure 343’s issue here. The server instability, selection, poor netcode, etc. These things are all just compounding issues.
I have google fiber 1Gb up and down wired into my console. It makes no difference the game will toss me into high ping lobbies regardless.
