I just got booted in the 26th minute of a game I was winning. I was a top performer, playing 3 men down in big team, clinched the win, put my controller down for about 20 seconds and got booted. Come on, man.
In order to get booted for idling, you have to idle for 3 min. We’ve seen this proven before by viewing the DNF games in theater. It always takes 3 min for the boot to occur. Putting down your controller for 20 sec must be an under-exaggeration.
