In no particular order.

  3. Every weapon and vehicle from the previous games.
  4. A wider variety of Custom Games options and an immersive Custom Games matchmaking system.

  2. AA and Loadout
  3. No Melee bleedthrough
  4. Not only Social playlists and only 1-2 ranked

Mega facepalm Are you kidding me? The Reach engine is really Yoink! powerful. They’re using a modified version of it. The engine DOES NOT automatically decide how the game’s gonna play.

Please:

  1. Emphasis on fast-paced, skillful, ranked gameplay
  2. Hitscan rifle
  3. Dual wielding
  4. Emphasis on quality developer maps
  5. Drop in/drop out social matches

No thanks:

  5. Grind bars

Don’t want:
-Horrible plot
-Cliche characters
-Repetitive gameplay
-Lackluster multi-player

Want
-A well written plot
-Well crafted & lengthy campaign
-Characters that we can actually care about
-Gameplay that can be played for 8-10 hours without that feeling of repetitiveness and the need to put the control down because of boredom
-Amazing looking visuals & performance from big open world environments, fluid gameplay & cinematic animation, great character detail, breath-taking skyboxes, rich & luscious colorful environments, fluid frame-rate, no screen-tear
-Variety of multiplayer gameplay options that will keep me playing for years on end
-Amazing campaign
-Amazing campaign
-Amazing campaign
-& an amazing campaign

Woops, didn’t realize it had to be 5. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’m gonna take your list of don’t wants so:

Do want:

  1. A competitive game right out of the box so it is fun/understandable for ALL players to watch/play.
  2. A good ranking system that promotes incentive to win for competitive play, and makes it fun for people who just want to play the game alot.
  3. Dedicated Servers, if done properly.
  4. The aiming/movement acceleration in H1/H2 (less acceleration, you’re at full speed much quicker, allowing for useful strafing and being able to aim quicker)
  5. Amazing maps with the interactivity such as the teleporters on Relic and gates of Zanzibar.

Don’t want:

  1. Armor Abilities in Ranked Matchmaking.
  2. Bloom.
  3. Random gameplay that is inconsistent.
  4. Ranked Halo to be shoved into a corner. (One playlist)
  5. Bad maps.

Do Want:

  1. Flyable Pelican (Pelican run at the end a la CE/3)
  2. LMG
  3. War Sphinxes
  4. The Food
  5. Forerunner Hard-Light weaponry

Don’t Want:

  1. Covenant and/or UNSC (at least for this game)
  2. Dead characters returning i.e. Spark, Johnson, Jun etc.
  3. The Firefight/Co-op servers to suck
  4. Gameplay more like the original trilogy than Reach
  5. Extremely Linear Campaign
