A BPR like ranking system that highly resembles HaloWaypoint’s BPR system with a touch of a 1-50 base system.
At the Main Menu in Halo 4, under Campaign, Matchmaking,Theater,Custom and Forge, there will be a Community option that supports clans.
A player would Rank up based upon a system very much like Reach’s own commendation System.
When you check a players service record in Halo 4, you will be able to see their OVERALL Tool of Destruction and their Tool of Destruction for every playlist.

Halo 2s ranking system where it’s hard to level up and very difficult to get to 50. They should also add what Halo 2 had in the beginning with Minor and Major Clan matches. Just find a way to stop boosters from boosting.

You haven’t played Halo 4 and I’d like to see where you see 343i explaining the new features, the new stuff and the classic playlists. Then I will tell you if it’s Halo or not.
