He’s viable and I enjoy playing him too, but he’s simply outclassed by other leaders.
I like Atriox the best
If it is strong, Decimus is easy to use,
When you get used to the operation, Yap.
The only 3 banished leaders I use are pavium/decimus/voidus/colony 4th

Messing around I use Yap. If I want to be serious I’d use Decimus. Casual game Atriox.
