Took someone's nornfang.

On WZFF I was playing and a player had a nornfang. I could tell that he wasn’t very good with it so I took it upon myself to protect this guy as I know how precious mythics are.
however , when he failed and died I picked up his gun so it didn’t despawn before he reappeared. However , he was getting into a huge hissy fit , sending me rude messages and Spartan charging me. I then decided to take his gun and got 10 kills with it. After the game I received death threats. Should I have taken it or not?

Just like the other topic, one person’s immaturity doesn’t justify another’s. Both of you are children.

I actually took good use to the gun while this man was threatening in my death. Yet I am also a child.

adds this to list of reasons why REQ system is terrible

I didn’t mention skill. Mythic Reqs are rarer than rare. To take it and keep it just because you didn’t like how he acted is just as childish has how he acted. I really don’t care how well you did with it or how bad he did it with it. It’s his gun.

Thats a bit harsh. The OP just picked up his weapon after he died. It’s not his responsibility to give it back. If you spawn something mythic better make sure not to drop it.

Just block the guy. I’m sure he will get over his lost virtual weapon.

If you see a mythic weapon, of course you should take it.
Then it’s your choice to give it back to the original owner. What do I usually do?
If the original owner come and -Yoink!- without charging me, I’ll give him his weapon.
If the original owner starts to charge me and hit me, you can make you sure that I wont give it to the guy.
You did it right

The argument of “I don’t like your attitude so this is mine now.” sounds like a Kindergartner’s argument for taking another kid’s toy. And what are kindergartners? That’s right, children.

I don’t play Warzone and I think doing this sort of thing to get back at someone is immature as well. Pot calling kettle black. However you want to look at it.

If he spawned the req and died with it then obviously it should have been in better hands, even more so if it was a nornfang, even v ais he shouldnt be close enough to be hit by them.

Is no-one reading that I was saving this guys life before?

It’s not your gun unless it’s in your hands.

“I did something for you therefore you owe me” when he didn’t even ask you for help doesn’t justify anything.

But I’m starting to see this was just a troll topic so I’m taking my leave. Yeah, I fell for it, yay top kek and all the other dank memes.

This community, I swear…

You’re making it more complicated than it is.

The guy dropped his gun, so the other guy picked it up. That’s it.

On top of that he did good with it and actually contributed to the team effort. What’s the problem?

Unfortunately this topic features no dank memes apart from your blindness to realise that not everything in the halo community is children. Also if you don’t like the community then leave…

Who spawns in a nornfang in wz ff anyway?

Tbh I don’t know.

Exactly. I’ve got 22 in storage waiting for me to get back to normal WZ.

Damn. I only have one that I got from a win pack.

To be honest, if he asked nicely, or didn’t Spartan Charge you, I would criticize you. But since he was being an -Yoink-, well, I really don’t think you’re at fault. I mean, you were helping the team, at least.

You put the weapon to good use, you didn’t drive off into a death barrier with it. You are not in the wrong.
