There is too much “filler.”
I have been trying to unlock everything in the permanents. After counting what I need until I cannot make any use of Silvers, I need:
11 helmets, 11 chest pieces, one BR start, 2 smgs, 4 DMRs, AND 91 EMBLEMS.
this is ludicrous. All I want is my helljumper armor. Seriously guys?
There is absurd number of loadout weapons. It slows the game having to scroll through so many. Weapon customization or standard weapons would have made far more sense.
Its to keep people buying reqs and feeding the cash cow. Why do you tgink we get more armor and reskinned weapons and mongooses for the monthly updates? new variants better maps and ranking fixes dont make people buy reqs.

Weapon and armor skins should be separate. I hate scrolling through a big -Yoink- list of basically repeats. 343 should simplify this; maybe by pressing X while the desired armor is highlighted to cycle the skins.
Honestly, I’d rather go back to Halo 3’s level of customization. Sure, the amount of choices were much less, but the amount of thought and detail put into each piece as significantly higher than what we have today.
