Im not against feedback or being critical at all. And I agree the game is imperfect and things can be better. I personally think Infinite has delivered on the most important aspect of Halo in my opinion. The multiplayer. It feels like a refreshed version of the old school halo “dance” and it looks and feels more like HALO than past 343 iterations tbh. When I get a day off work I can just play slayer all day and have a blast. Well done in that regard 343. I’m having fun and look forward to what’s in the pipeline and this game getting better.

I completely agree. I am so happy with the core gameplay. It smooth, satisfying, and fun. I love MCC but just can’t go back now. Infinite’s core gameplay feels so much more polished. Plus I love sliding and clambering. They’ve made a fantastic core. Now it needs the rest of what Halo offers to make it a truly great game (customs, customs browser, forge, theater, better matchmaking playlists and playlist selection).

The mechanics of the game are solid… They just need way better maps, better progression system, better cosmetics for the progression system, tweek a few weapons and I think “phase through” needs to be axed. They just do that and Infinite will be way better… Then add input based matched, improve players connections and add some more game modes.

Its not fun anymore when you have played all that the game offers that interests you. For me personally, I’m very interested PvE but 343 doesn’t really seem to care very much about PvE people. The campaign is all that PvE fans get in Infinite, and once that’s done it’s over for them. This is made even worse by the fact that Infinite’s campaign lacks core features such as co-op and replayable missions.

There is indeed alot to criticize about this game, but there does seem like alot of callous and unnecessary hate towards it. I want the game to improve, and others very likely feel the same. However, I doubt flooding the site into the ground with nothing but dumping on the game will do anything but cause the opposite to happen, where I doubt anyone there would feel ANY incentive to make it better.

I completely disagree, the most important aspect of Halo has always been an incredible campaign that takes you on an immersive journey through a well flushed out military science fiction universe.
You’re right that the gameplay is decent, but IMO it’s secondary to the world. Take Reach and 3, I prefer Infinite’s gameplay over either of them, but playing Infinite has never felt as good as playing either of those.

They just need to fix stability across the board.
Also fix up weapon balancing.
And fix vehicles in general.
And the store.
And the UI.
And theater.
And Custom Games.
And add co-op.
And add forge.
And add classic game modes.
Seriously though, the blueprint is there for the best Halo game! Its just that Halo Infinite is an unfinished game. And won’t be finished for another year it seems.

i agree, the gameplay itself is fun, that i’l agree with. the most halo feeling halo game 343 has put out… but whiles it is so. the negatives outway the few possitives this game has imo

The only aspect of multiplayer that theyve delivered on is the gunplay and the movement. Nothing else. Its a skeleton of Halo’s multiplayer. Theres no variety, and theres certainly no more room for social playing. Its purely conpetitive. Bs.
