Since the last patch we have a lot of lag. When the game starts it goes well but after the minutes are gone it is impossible to play the lag, the units take in responding orders 5-10 seconds.

We reinstalled the game, rebooted the router and tested on all the game modes and we have the same lag.
I’ve experienced the same kind of lag in blitz. Takes a full 3 seconds to drop a card after you’ve given the command to do so
I’m the same. It is awful. The game starts well but when it advances a little the lag is unplayable. And the units lose them because they do not respond well. In addition he has thrown me several times of the game in the moments of greatest lag. To say that my connection is not because I play everything online and everything is perfect except for Halo Wars 2. All this has happened since the last update. This game seems damn, there is always a big problem.
I have to agree that this has become a prevalent issue with the latest update. Prior to it all my games were fine, I never lagged. But now it is every few games I get this 2-3 second delay at the start of the match and by the 10 minute mark it has risen to at least 6 seconds at best.
All my other games work fine so idk if it is just my Aussie connection.
What surprises me is that no more people complain about this problem when the game is totally unplayable with this lag.

Have to agree here, played a number of games on the weekend and complelty missed my EMP mac blast or if would take forever for my heal to go down because of the lag.
it is really fastrating when you have a perfect opportunity to play a leader power and the game lags and you waste it because it shows up 3 seconds later.
Also trying to move your units out of the way of a leader power can’t be done with this lag and you can lose a battle because of it. Haven’t had an issue before the update.
Comforting to know it isn’t just me.

Can you provide what platform you are experiencing this on(Xbox or PC), and what game mode? It is useful to know if its ALL modes, Blitz, Deathmatch, Skirmish against AI, and Campaign. Please don’t respond with All if you are not certain, or have not tried them all. This can help us identify what the root cause is.

Yes, it’s wonderful to see how they treat customers, apart from being very bad at programming. Each new update spoiled something. This is impossible to enjoy the game.

You have something in your network stack that is causing this issue with the title. Network issues are extremely difficult to identify, and our developers are located 8 hours ahead. Communication is latent, and it takes time to go back and forth, every 1 question is a day turn around. I haven’t been able to identify what the root cause is, but that does not mean that I have stopped looking.
Anyhow, my explanation aside, I am unsure if we will be able to help you without being able to understand why the simulation is behaving so poorly.
The game is totally unplayable since the last update. There are games with a lag of 10 seconds, I do not understand that you did not locate the problem when we have been having it for weeks. And we are not few people with this lag, please fix it soon or we left the game.
And how do you know that it is our network problem? Because the game has not had lag until the last update … that more than problem of my network is problem of YOU actualization, an update like all, fix one thing and spoil another.
This title is defective everywhere. The first few months were desynchronized and fell from the game. Then came the problem that you fell out of the game randomly and after a while. And now this, that there is lag of 5 seconds tonight and other nights of 3 or 4 seconds.
