I get the fact that their are issues an the campaign disappointed many players but cmon guys the gameplay, graphics and multiplayer with SR ranking and Requisition I mean I can keep going it’s just amazing to me I feel like you guys have to many unrealistic expectations.
Many folks want slow stand off gameplay like Halo CE, Halo 2, and Halo 3 but I love sprinting an clambering with a side of emergency thruster pack saves my -Yoink- allot lol honestly guys give it a chance their will be fixes and a Halo 6 for sure which will probably blow our minds much love too 343!!!

I like Halo 5 but a lot of the maps excluding a few seem unbalanced and poorly made. Also don’t get me started on 8 player FFA on maps that are too small for 4v4 slayer…

What bubble of denial are you living in? They didn’t even fix the spawn system in SWAT. The massive spawn killing has been rampant since release. So instead of changing the spawn locations 343 decided to increase the spawn time from 1 to 3 seconds. That’s it, period. So you still get spawn killed but now you get to wait 2 extra seconds in limbo before it happens.How lazy do you have to be to consider that a fix and then place it in the update.
And have you seen all of the complaints about BTB, connection drops, etc?
Aiming feels changed. Seems like the zone for assist was tweaked and it’s smoother (seemingly slower). Just my observation, not verified in any way other than feel.

Graphics suck because they want 60 fps
Gameplay could be good if it wasnt trying to call itself “Halo Gameplay”
Multiplayer doesnt work for alot
Ranking system sucks
Requisitions is another system to try and get more money
People want community features and a fun game at release and not waiting for 2 1/2 years to get it so Im sure its realistic expectations.
Get off 343’s sac and realize this game isnt up to “Halo” standards. If some other developer can get control of Halo, people might come back for Halo 6.

Oh for the love of God, Halo 5 has been out for less than a frickin month. What do you want them to do? Are they supposed to make some incredible map pack with 10+ original and balanced maps within that amount of time? That’s not even possible, unless you want 343 to literally work themselves to death. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Release a completed game?
A complete game where there is no blurred line between “free DLC” and what should have been in the game from the start.

Unrealistic expectations? I expected the world class aiming and the flawless scopes of the predecessors to continue. I am not asking them to reinvement the wheel, just continue what Bungie perfected.
Now if they could continue the storyline and continue to add good maps like Bungie then that would be perfect. I expected this as well.
Problem is that they failed on all accounts. The scopes and aiming was ruined (it was flawless). They definitely fell short on the campaign and Multiplayer but I never expected them to rui. The core gameplay with the scopes and aiming. To me the game is unplayable!

Not to sound mean, brah, but you basically described H:CE, H2, H3 (I don’t have enough exp on Reach and H4 to comment on maps). Even MLG had to resort to Forge for better maps. The Forging in Halo 5 will be better than Halo 3 for sure. Also, Halo 5’s maps are actually really good except for a few that most just don’t like for whatever reason. But to be quite honest, the clambering and jump combos make them seem better than they are, so thank goodness to that.

While I agree the older games had a better aiming setup I wouldn’t say it was world class. I would like to know how using the scopes effect gameplay though? Especially core gameplay.

The graphic of the gun just covers the visibility under the reticule. Has nothing to do with core game mechanics. Not my preference either but I’d rather commend 343 on their gameplay dynamics and balance rather than complain about such a minor “preference”.
