I’ve got to say that I hate it, but I get it. I don’t recall there were so many quitters in any other Halo, but it’s easy to see why this happens so often in Halo 5. 343 keeps matching random vs full teams in any game mode, say Warzone. Who the hell wants to play a match where the team of random is getting completely destroyed by 20 minutes or even more, so half team just quits, and I can see why, it’s just frustrating and unfair that only some people (full teams) can enjoy Warzone most of the time. It’s not bad they win so easily, the bad things is when they start farming(which still happens) but that what this game encourages, that one of the reasons why I think too many people quit in this game. Unbalanced games lead to people quitting too much in this game.
Yet another thr…people quit because of Too sweaty, useless teammates, or getting Triple capped farmed on Warzone
But not all people quit, people get disconnected from the Servers Accidentally

I play H4 and this happens also, my personal experience with quitting however comes from connectivity issues. Being in Australia where we are constantly connecting to overseas servers increasing lag and gameplay issues, some times it’s so bad that it’s unplayable. I admit that I quit on ‘occasion’ when the game in my view is just unplayable and I’m not enjoying it at all, but do I want to quit? absolutely not! but my frustration is just too much at the time and playing Halo is about having fun. So for those players who quit due to these reasons I completely sympathise with them. It’s very hard to enjoy a game when one team just completely destroys the other in which isn’t a fair and balanced game (as you have pointed out). I wish there was an easy fix so we could all play in an equal arena and truly enjoy the fun that all Halo games bring (which is why we are all here right). Feeling your frustration Nacho and I really wish no-one had to quit because we all had awesome gameplay. Don’t you just love it when your in a game like BTB and there appears to be no issues, it’s pure mayhem on the battlefield and both teams are in a big sh*t mix with each other and the game flow just works so well throughout the game that you just come away on a high going “That’s was awesome!”, wish this happened more often…
So you readily acknowledge that the quitting is baked into the DNA of a team-based game that matches full teams against randoms, and yet you title your thread “too many quitters in H5” instead of “H5 too sweaty” or “full fireteams are killing Halo” or “farmers should die.” ???
I love that these have continuously been a focus within the community, but ways to make this better have never been addressed by 343i. However, nobody was really complaining about weapons besides the SMG, but God forbid, they did a complete rebalance of weapons.
Way to listen to the community 343. Thumbs up to you.
