some people are bad. continue to kill bad people continue to get power weapons. power weapons are counterable(also do have an unfair advantage) should be played against correctly. and like i said, some people are bad and cant counter them
Play a different playlist, like slayer pro, or capture the flag or something. Infinity slayer is designed to reward individual players with power weapons.

id just like to say that the rail gun is ridiculous/awesome.
I’m so happy I’m not the only one who feels this way. I would be fine if they had their obvious disadvantages or requirements. Ex: the bounce of the fuel rod or the charge time of the SL and Railgun. But the binary rifle and the incineration cannon are just ridiculous. I feel like most of my deaths come from the overabundance of power weapons.

Actually the real problem is that Global Ordnance and Personal Ordnance destroy any sort of consistency and structure to the game.
People can just call down Tier 2 power weapons in personal Ordnances in Infinity Slayer, which just clutter stuff up because you can’t predict what they’re going to get, when they get it, etc. Sticky Dets, Rail Guns, just layin around all over the place half the time and you’ve got no idea where the hell it came from or who had it.
So the next step is Team Slayer Pro, it’s a much better experience IMO and I’m THANKFUL it’s there. I actually would not be enjoying MM that much if this gametype wasn’t there to satiate me. However, since Global Ordnance is also random, the same problem exists.
Me and my teammates take control of the map through an coordinated push, and are now on the defensive with the lead, all of a sudden map control is broken by some moron who got gifted a rocket launcher from Global Ordnance. There’s no way to predict that, the state of power weapons in this game is really sobering a lot of what is a promising game so far.
I’m all for change when it’s beneficial, but one thing that needs to come back and stay at LEAST as an option for custom games is the ability to create static timers for weapons, so the competitive community can fix things to their liking. It’s much better to have consistently spawning weapons that drop every 2 or 3 minutes on the nose, so that teams can fairly anticipate them and fight for them.
One can argue that we know that Global Ordnance drops every two minutes in Team Slayer Pro, but we don’t know WHERE it drops, and WHAT it drops.

and where do you go to experience PODs with less of an abundance of power weapons? you can’t because only IS offers PODs and just because gametype without them are available doesn’t excuse the fact that you do get PODs to frequently and that they offer too powerful weapons.(snipers, lazer, shotgun ETC…)
Rockets and snipers just shouldn’t be in personal ordinance. I saw sword is fine only because it’s so damn hilarious to just turn them to dust with a Boltshot as they sprint towards you.

I have been killed by a rocket like twice and I haven’t even grabbed on yet.
yeah there is too much…dominion is annoying because all of a sudden the maps clogged with overpowered s**t…would be so much better if you just relied on gun skill to control the bases
